It’s time to enjoy FOOD, get FIT, and have Fun with our Physical & Mental Health Committee! A community event, led by Sorors Nikkita Johnson, Kaleena Wells and a dynamic subcommittee, on this Sunday, November 15th from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM. There will be a virtual cooking demonstration, yoga/meditation techniques, and Soca dancing for fun. Submitted recipes will be included in a virtual cookbook and will be distributed to all attendees.
